• If you are planning a trip involving transportation to or from the airport, cruise dock or train station please book when your plane or train reservations are confirmed. There is no charge. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance. This way transportation is confirmed.
• Want to reduce costs? Travel with your friends. This reduces the individual cost 10-50%.
• Always, always, always reconfirm your reservation 24 hours in advance.
• Traveling to the US from another country? For Massachusetts schools Boston’s Logan airport is best but if you have to arrive at New York’s JFK airport it maybe best to use ground transportation to school rather than transferring to Boston or Hartford. Most Connecticut schools are in between Boston and NY either airport works; just pick the best schedule or fare.
• The closest airport to most schools is Bradley Airport (Hartford/Springfield). If you can get a fligh there, use Bradley. It is small and EZ to get in and out.
